Be good formulas are 90%+ natural, formulated in the USA, and are safe for children of all ages. Our formulas were created to deliver the most natural product possible without sacrificing product performance. Our goal is to create beautiful formulas that are complete safe, feel amazing on your family’s skin and hair, deliver great results, and provide a delightfully delicate scent that the whole family will adore.
Our formulas are free of: parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, gluten (with exception of the cleansing conditioner), synthetic dyes, dea, palm oil,added hormone disrupters, petrolatums, dioxanes from sulfates, phosphates, bpa, animal by-products, and we never test on animals.

How can I find information about the status of my order?

What are your shipping procedures?
We have partnered with Fulfillment by Amazon to deliver your order. This allows us to focus on we do best and leaves the packing and shipping to the true experts! Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (non-daylight savings season) and by 10:00 a.m. (during daylight saving season) will be processed and shipped that same day.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our product 100%. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it with the original packing slip up to 14 days for a full refund to your credit card. Refunds are processed once we physically receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note be good does not pay for return shipment fees.
